These surveys help identify whether a property could potentially support a 50‑foot easement needed for a pipeline. If your land is later determined to be a suitable location, company representatives will contact you directly to begin formal discussions and negotiations regarding that 50‑foot easement. Until then, all activities are limited to surveying and environmental evaluation.
